Please note that my office is currently on the second floor of a Victorian house that has no elevator. If stairways present a challenge, please give me a call, text, or email so we can explore how we could best address the challenge.

On the day of your appointment, please wear or bring gym shorts and a sports bra, if applicable, or other clothing that maintains modesty while allowing for movement. Also, please refrain from wearing any fragrance, including essential oils, so my treatment space can be comfortable and safe for fragrance-sensitive individuals. It is best to wait until after your appointment to apply any body lotion or makeup, as they can make the long holds of treatment difficult.
